The unique "romantic cabin charm" found at our well-furnished Bass Cabin is for couples who don’t mind being alone in the pine woods. The intimate setting under a star-studded sky can’t be beat as you soak in the oversized, private hot tub on back deck. Dry off and step inside where hardwood floors and knotty pine walls remind you you’re in cabin country!
This Kentucky cabin is built into a hill so it feels like you are vacationing in a tree house! Head down to the pond and try some fishing or float about in the canoe. There is also a small fire pit to have camp fires.
Sleeping arrangement: Bedroom has a queen bed w/ memory foam mattress. 1 full bath with a large stand alone shower.
Each of our 3 cabins is private and off the beaten path thanks to the sprawling 75 acres of property we have. Our 5 mile proximity to Interstate 75 will come in handy for those day trip adventures. Go fishing on Wood Creek Lake for large mouth bass: take in a Saturday afternoon at the London Drag way. Or, visit nearby Levi Jackson Park and go swimming in the summer months, or hike a few trails. Unique museums and shopping are just around the bend!
Bass Cabin at Wildcat Cabin Rentals is a short 15 min. drive to Renfro Valley, where live Kentucky country music fills the air. With Cumberland Falls, the “Niagara of the South” just 45-minute to the south; you’ll be hiking around the falls, sampling local restaurants, horseback riding, white water rafting or kayaking in no time. Since you book with local experts (that’s us Pete and Julee) we help you discover your unique adventure.

We celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary at this beautiful cabin in the woods. The owners, Julee & Pete were very kind and helpful. The cabin was extremely clean and well kept. The hot tub on the back deck is huge, amazing and very secluded. Would highly recommend this rental. Jay C
We have stayed at this cabin multiple times and always have a fantastic time. Julee and Pete are so accommodating and hospitable. Cabin is quiet and secluded with beautiful surroundings. The patio with the hottub is so relaxing with a treelined view. We can't wait to come back! Elizabeth O
Our favorite hidden cabin! Very clean, quiet, and secluded. Perfect for getting away from the city. Shawn P.
What a perfect "get away" spot. Spent a couple of days just being "out of touch" with the world, but able to fully keep track of everyone I needed to -on the QT. Will come again.

We are the owners Pete & Julee and we can’t wait to welcome you to Wildcat Cabin Rentals. We live on the property, so IF you need us for something we are there 24/7. My husband (Pete) and I are originally from Northern Illinois, and moved to Kentucky and purchased our first cabin in 2001. We are absolutely in love with the countryside here, and consider our cabin properties to be our own small pieces of heaven. We hope you’ll love the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the deep woods and rolling hillsides as much as we do.
