If clean and comfortable are important to your cabin time on Lake Cumberland, your group will appreciate just how clean our Cabin House is. Step inside and enjoy the home away from home open concept amenities: Living Room/Kitchen with pull out couch, TV, DVD player and radio/ CD player. Dining table seats 4 comfortably. There are 2 stools at the bar area. Rental has air conditioning & heat. If you have to stay connected, we do have Wifi and free local & long distance (continental US) phone service.
Sleeping accommodations: The master bedroom has a Queen bed and TV with Dish Network. There is a second bedroom with an antique iron full size bed. There is also a pull out full size sofa in the living room for extra guests. Full bathroom (no tub, shower only)
Getting supplies into the cabin is a breeze because you can pull right up to the front door! There is room to park your vehicle(s) and boat trailer. There are tall trees to the back and side of the cabin. This cabin is only 175 yards to the lake. where a boat can be launched for free. nique location near The Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery, and some of the best fly fishing in the country really sets us apart.
We actually have 2 cabins at our Lake Cumberland Resort. So, if your family trip turns into a family and friends who want to attend the Lake Cumberland Bluegrass Festival, rent both cabins and still vacation together!
Don’t miss the activities to do right out your front door - take a walk through the woods, sit back and relax on the patio, or launch your boat and get on the water. Lake Cumberland is 101 miles long and is one of the largest man-made lakes in the nation.
If you bring your own boat you can launch it for free! Just below our Serenity Cabin is the Old Fall Creek Boat Ramp. We use this for our runabout. If you are interested in renting a boat or a houseboat you can contact Conley Bottom and Beaver Creek Marinas. Did you know that Lake Cumberland is known as the Houseboat Capital of the World! Not surprising as there are 1,255 miles of skyscraper cliffs and wooded shoreline to cruise.
Lake Cumberland cabins will never disappoint those groups who can’t get enough of water and woods! Looking for a base camp for your fishing trip? Find trophy size stripers, brown & rainbow trout, 5 species of Bass as well as walleye. If your not sure where to fish consider hiring a fishing guide. Kentucky is horseback riding country! Seasonal horseback riding trails wind through dense woods.
